All of the products that we sell are of top quality and come with a guarantee. Therefore if, for any reason, you are not content with your purchase, you can choose to return the product within seven days of receiving the item.

When returning a product, the item should be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
In the case where a return is requested for reasons that are not attributed to Pik Fine, the customer will need to cover the costs involved in the return. In the case of returns of erroneous deliveries and defective products Pik Fine will cover the shipping costs as long as the client informs us of the situation at the time of receipt of the order.

Any returns should be sent to the Pik Fine address (Passeig Sunyer, 36, 5-43202 REUS). Once the client has chosen to exercise their right to return the item, and once we have received the returned merchandise at our shop premises and checked its condition, Pik Fine will take the actions requested by the client: refunding the amount, exchanging the good...

Saddles and Leather boots, due to their nature, cannot be returned. If the client chooses the wrong shoe size they will be allowed to exchange the leather boots once if they explain the reason for the exchange. In this case, the client is required to cover the shipping costs.
